Analytics

Numbers you can make decisions with.

Warmbly counts people, not machines. Privacy proxies, link scanners and autoreplies are filtered out, so an open rate means someone opened it and a reply means someone wrote back.

Pick 7, 30 or 90 days, narrow it to some campaigns or a folder, and the feed at the bottom updates as people open, click and reply.

What counts

Machines are recorded, never counted.

Every request is kept as proof of delivery. Only the ones a person made move your numbers, fire a branch or trigger an automation. The rest stay on the contact's timeline with the rule that caught them.

Counted
  • An open by a person, once per email
  • A click by a person, which also counts as an open
  • A reply from a person, matched to the thread it answers
  • A bounce or a spam complaint
Logged, not counted
  • Apple Mail Privacy Protection fetching the image
  • A security gateway clicking every link at delivery
  • Out-of-office and other automatic replies
  • You reading the email inside Warmbly
Per campaign

See which step earns the replies.

Every campaign breaks its sends, opens, clicks, replies, positive replies and bounces down by step. Each count carries that step's own rate, so a fourth touch that reached a few hundred people still compares fairly with the first.

Pick 7, 30 or 90 days, all time or your own dates. A period counts the emails sent in it and every reply they earned, whenever it arrived.

Down to the inbox. Find the mailbox at fault, and see how each email was read.

The mailbox, not just the campaign

When bounces climb it is usually one mailbox. Each one carries its own health score, daily usage and warmup standing, with the reason written out, so you fix the sender instead of blaming the copy.

Every open says what it was read on

iPhone in the Apple Mail app, Outlook on a Windows PC, webmail in Chrome. When Gmail or Apple's privacy relay hides the device, Warmbly says so instead of guessing.

A/B tests. No winner on a handful of sends.

Split a step between the original and one or more variants. Warmbly ranks them by reply rate unless you choose opens or clicks, and only calls a winner once the leader has the minimum sample behind it, 30 sends by default, with the confidence next to it.

Questions. Analytics, answered.

Why is my open rate lower than in other tools?

Because Warmbly only counts people. Privacy proxies, security scanners and instant machine opens are kept as proof of delivery and shown separately, but they never inflate the rate or fire an opened branch.

What counts as a reply?

A human reply, matched to the email it answers, even when the person writes back from a different address. Out-of-office notices and autoresponders never count and never stop a sequence.

Do I need tracking turned on?

For opens and clicks, yes. Sends, replies, bounces and complaints are counted either way. You can track on your own domain per mailbox, or use the shared host.

When does an A/B test have a winner?

Warmbly ranks variants by reply rate by default, or by opens or clicks if you choose, and waits for the leader to reach a minimum sample, 30 sends by default, before it reports a winner with medium confidence.

Is the dashboard live?

Yes. Opens, clicks, replies and bounces appear in the activity feed as they happen, and the totals follow within seconds.
