50 a day per mailbox, adjustable
Each mailbox sends up to 50 cold emails a day, spaced out across its working day. Raise it once the mailbox has earned it.

Send a step to seed inboxes and see whether it lands in the inbox, a tab or spam, provider by provider.
Suppression and one-click unsubscribe
Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints stop mail across the whole workspace, and campaigns carry a one-click unsubscribe header by default.

Do you charge per email sent?
No. Each plan includes a daily send budget. Unused volume doesn’t carry over to the next day.
Is warmup charged separately?
No. Warmup is unlimited on every paid plan and runs in the premium pool.
Is there really no mailbox limit?
Mailboxes are unlimited on every paid plan under fair use: one mailbox for every email a day your plan includes, so Grow holds 3,000 and Business 15,000. If you need more, ask from the connect dialog and we usually answer within a business day.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. A hosted workspace starts free with up to 10 mailboxes warming, no card and no time limit. Sending, the inbox and the CRM unlock when you pick a plan.
Can I pay for warmup only?
Yes. The Warmup plan is $15 a month, or $144 a year. It moves your mailboxes into the premium pool, removes mailboxes that start landing in spam early, and has no mailbox cap, whether your mailboxes are connected here or on a self-hosted instance you link.
What does self-hosting cost?
Nothing. Warmbly is Apache 2.0 and free to run on your own servers. The only paid part is linking to the warmup pool once Warmbly Cloud launches: free for 10 mailboxes, $15 a month for unlimited.
Is there a charge per seat?
No. Add as many teammates as you like. Roles and the audit log come with Business.

Can I buy as a business?
Yes. Add your legal name and tax ID at checkout. They appear on your invoices, and reverse charge is applied where the rules allow it. Taxes are calculated from your billing address and shown before you pay.
What is your refund policy?
A full refund within 14 days of a paid purchase if Warmbly didn’t work for you.
